The paper template which contains instructions about writing and editing the paper text can be found here.

Apart from the paper, every participant must submit a presentation, which must be written in English. The presentation template can be found here.

It is recommended that the paper text is written directly in the paper template.

Your paper should not be longer than 8 pages (A4 format).

It is  recommended for the participants that are undergraduate students to have mentor in order to increase the quality of the paper.

Also when the participants are sending the paper, it is required to send the email address of their mentor.

It is recommended that postgraduate and doctoral students have a professor as a co-author of the paper.
